1. The Capital Region Diversity & Inclusion Award Gala 
2. Exploring partnerships with other CRHRA Committees and external professional organizations with similar diversity mission
3. Expanding committee membership
4. Linking with student members and colleges
5. Newsletter Articles:  The Diversity Committee will be providing an article to the monthly CRHRA newsletter that address issues of Diversity in the work place.
