November 14, 2017

Register Here!

In the workplace, trust is the foundation of successful relationships. To build trust, one must have Emotional Intelligence (EQ) - perhaps more so than Intelligence Quotient (IQ). Together, the state of trust and EQ within leadership teams is especially critical. As an HR leader, you play a pivotal role in influencing the levels of both trust and EQ in your organization. Don’t miss this in-depth discussion by Robin Perry as she draws on her knowledge and experience from working extensively with individual executives and C-Suite teams on this topic. You will gain new perspectives and ideas that will help increase your ability to effectively evolve the levels of both trust and EQ for your organization’s success!

More About the Presenter Robin Perry

Robin Perry is the Vice President of Learning and Development for Bishop House Consulting. She is best known for her ability to connect with individuals and teams to help them uncover barriers and progress forward. Her work focuses in two primary areas: leadership coaching and team facilitation.

As a Leadership Coach, Robin describes herself as an instigator and supporter. She focuses on helping clients increase self-awareness to aid in accomplishing their goals. Earlier this year Robin received her ICF coaching certification through George Mason University’s program for Leadership and Organizational Well-Being. This Fall Robin is launching a new approach to leadership development through group coaching.

Robin also works with leadership teams to increase their effectiveness. She has seen organizational strength increase as leaders learn how to work as a team. With her experience in team dynamics she offers a variety of approaches to positively impact team functioning.
