Join us on October 10th for a panel discussion on Culture and Employment Branding featuring the following HR leaders:

 

  • Dave Druzinski, Chief People Officer, Auto/Mate Dealership Systems
  • Heidi Gross, Director HR, Beekman 1802
  • Graig Carbino, Talent Development Manager, CAP COM FCU
  • Jen Morse, HR Manager, Vicarious Visions

Each panelist represents an organization with a unique approach to branding and shaping the employeeexperience. Moderated by Gregor Wynnyczuk, the conversation will explore how each of theseorganizations measure, define, influence, and communicate their employment brand and company culture.

About Our Presenters:
David Druzynski is the Chief People Officer at Auto/Mate Dealership Systems where he is responsible for all aspects of human resources, talent acquisition, and company culture. His passion for culture and engagement has helped Auto/Mate be named a "Best Places to Work"(2009-2017) and "Top Workplaces" (2010-2018) recipient. David has been a featured speaker at conferences across the country and has authored articles for key automotive trade publications. David is a graduate from the SUNY Geneseo School of Business and holds both his SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications. Additionally, he serves on the board of trustees for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Northeastern New York.

Heidi Gross is currently the Director of Human Resources for Beekman 1802. Heidi is responsible for creating innovative ways to engage all employees and establishing the culture, systems and training that will develop leaders and empower employees to solve problems. Heidi has 20 years of HR expertise,crossing various industries and organizational maturity levels. Heidi holds senior-level certifications from both the Society of Human Resource Management and the Human Resource Certification Institute. In addition to a B.A. in Communications, Heidi is actively engaged in a Master's program.

Graig Carbino is the Talent Development Manager at CAP COM Federal Credit Union. Graig has 11 years of HR/recruitment experience in the Capital District. He began his career on the agency side, working for ManpowerGroup, one of the world’s largest third-party recruitment firms. Graig joined CAP COM four years ago, and is responsible for planning, organizing, designing/developing and implementing human resources/learning and development activities relating to recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, training, career planning/development, and retention of CAP COM employees. He has a B.S. from Siena College,an M.S. from the College of Saint Rose, and is a SHRM Certified Professional.

Jennifer Morse holds a B.S. in Psychology from Russell Sage College and has been working in the field of Human Resources for over 15 years. Jen manages the Vicarious Visions studio and works as a human resources business partner to the department and serves on the Senior Leadership team. Jen has a wide variety of industry experience and refers to herself as a generalist who loves the people aspects, over the paper aspects, of her role in HR.

Gregor Wynnyczuk (moderator) is an Organizational Development trainer and consultant focused on improving workplace communication and creativity. He has worked extensively as a trainer and communications advisor, both inside organizations and in a consulting role. Gregor is certified as a Master Trainer, Facilitator, and Coach; and is an active member of CRHRA and the Hudson Mohawk chapter of ATD. He has degrees in Business and Communications (B.A. Loyola College, M.A. University at Albany) and a Certificate in Organizational Behavior from Harvard University.
